Service Terms Summary: By registering or accessing the Activsaga platform, your business ("Tenant") agrees to these binding Terms & Conditions. Activsaga provides multi-tenant gym management software encompassing member tracking, accounting, equipment inventory, and staff administration.

1. Free Trial & Subscription Terms

Activsaga offers a free trial for new gym business registrations with no credit card required upfront. Upon trial expiration or plan migration, subscription terms apply:

Plan Tiers & Limits: Subscriptions are governed by tier limits (maximum outlets, active member counts, staff seat limits) and module feature gates (Member Management, Staff & Trainers, Accounting, Equipment Catalog, Trainer Portal).
Self-Service Billing & Checkout: Subscription plan checkouts, tier upgrades, or billing renewals grant immediate access to expanded limits and platform features.
Trial Expiration: Unless upgraded to a paid plan or moved to an active tier, expired trial accounts automatically transition to read-only status or tier fallback options.

2. User Accounts & Roles

Gym administrators are responsible for managing access across their business staff and trainers:

Role-Based Responsibilities: Administrators control per-user permission flags (View, Create, Edit, Delete, Accounting Access) for staff members. You remain fully accountable for all activities conducted under user accounts created within your tenant.
Trainer Portal Access: Optional trainer self-service logins grant read-only portal access for assigned members and payroll logs. Trainers do not possess administrative or staff-wide CRUD privileges.
Credential Security: You must maintain strict confidentiality of your account credentials. Activsaga is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from compromised credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse or attempt to compromise the Activsaga platform. Prohibited activities include:

Attempting to bypass tenant data isolation boundaries or access data belonging to another gym business.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract backend source code or proprietary schemas.
Utilizing automated scripts or bots to overload platform infrastructure or circumvent rate limits.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Business Data: You retain 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to all member rosters, financial ledgers, equipment stock data, and business records stored in your Activsaga tenant account.

Activsaga Platform IP: Activsaga retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform software, UI designs, brand assets, database architecture, and global master equipment catalogs.

5. Service Uptime & Limitation of Liability

Activsaga strives to maintain high system availability and continuous cloud operations. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Activsaga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Subscription Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your tenant account management screen. Upon cancellation, your tenant data remains available for CSV export prior to account deactivation. Activsaga reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or engage in fraudulent billing activity.
